The post is for 24 months, with the possibility of a 6-month extension.<br><br>The post-holder\u2019s main task will be to research the evidentiary regime of two (or more) <strong>UN<\/strong> <strong>Human Rights Treaty Bodies<\/strong>, including the Human Rights Committee and possibly the Working Group on Arbitrary Detention.<br><br>This task can be completed in <strong>one<\/strong> of the following ways:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The organisation of an academic seminar bringing together a number of experts followed by the publication of an edited volume and\/or special issue in an academic journal;<\/li><li>The publication of 3 articles in academic journals;<\/li><li>The publication of a monograph;<\/li><li>A combination of various elements you wish to propose.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The deadline for submission is&nbsp;<strong>10 January 2022.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ugent.be\/en\/work\/scientific\/postdoctoral-fellow-2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">More information<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><meta charset=\"utf-8\"><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Postdoctoral fellow We are seeking to fill one full-time research position at post-doctoral level.
